Dante Grange spent the majority of his life in Queens, New York, where his creative practice developed piece by piece, building love for the art through sewing, screen printing, and photography. In the summer of 2023, the mission of Fairxchange was born. Not as a clothing brand but a community built through genuine connection to one another through the love of the arts.

Norell “Rell” Mays journey as an artist began in Springfield, Massachusetts with just a composition notebook. His mother influenced him to draw at a young age to pass time and to
express himself. As a child he listened to music lyrics from his mother and always sketched in his composition notebook.  In his artistic practice, he repurposes the old notebook and lyrics
 and other found material. 

Craig Luis Jermin is a 4th Year Journalism Major, Psychology Minor at Hampton University. At Hampton, he has worked with the Ace Music Club, M.O.S.A.I.C, New Era Fashion Club as a performer and collaborator. A homeschooled extrovert from Queens, New York, Craig has a curiosity of details and passion for understanding and innovation that undergirds his tireless hunt for the truth.
